The data supplied by the user through different means (forms, contracts, etc.) are collected by Catalana de Biogas Iberia, SL. in accordance with current legislation on data protection.

In each of these means we inform you of the purpose of the data processing that is carried out solely and exclusively if you have authorized such processing.

Below we detail the information regarding the different purposes for which we can collect your data.

The detail of the treatment of your data, according to the purpose of collection is:

  • Commercial Communications.

    • We will send you information about our products, services and activities.​

    • Your personal data will be kept  until the moment you request not to receive our communications, at which time they will be deleted.  You may request the deletion at any time through the information that appears in each communication.

  • Contact Mailbox

    • We will treat your data to answer your request, questions or doubts.  Your personal data will be kept until the moment in which the appropriate actions have been carried out. After this they will be deleted unless it implies responsibilities and actions of the company.​

  • Staff pick

    • We will process your data only for the selection of the job position for which you have applied.  We will destroy your data within a maximum term of 12 months after completing the selection process if you are not selected.​

  • Registration and Customer Management.

    • The data will be processed for contractual management, offer you the service or product you purchase, accounting management, improve our services and products, etc.  We will prepare a commercial and credit profile based on the information provided.​

In no case will automated decisions be made based on your data.

Only the data that you have provided for the purpose for which you were informed and authorized will be processed. Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless you have expressly authorized it.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the services that you have requested and expressly authorized.

The data will be communicated to other companies of the Catalana de Biogas Iberia, SL group or third parties (billing, satisfaction surveys, training, etc.) for internal administrative purposes, including the processing of personal data of customers or employees: Accounting, facility security , occupational risk prevention, etc. This management of your data is carried out solely and exclusively to guarantee the performance of the services we offer you.
